The Year of the Roosters! This is one of three rooster quilts I'm working on. Why 3 rooster quilts? That is what I've been asking myself lately. A few days ago I decided maybe it was because I was born under the sign of the rooster according to the Chinese Zodiac. Or maybe it is because I live in a rural area and sometimes I find roosters crossing the country road I'm driving down and realize how colorful they really are. It is amazing all the wonderful colors that are found in roosters.

I searched for roosters on the internet and found a couple great pictures of them. Notice the colors. I love the one with the blue feathers!
