I know it's hard to believe, but I do other things that don't involve Quilting! Over the weekend, my husband, Paul, asked me to bake him a lemon meringue pie. So, of course I did. I've tried making lemon meringue pies over the years and they just haven't turned out until Paul found this fabulous recipe, Grandma's Lemon Meringue Pie , on the internet. This is the third time I've used this recipe and it not only looks beautiful, it tastes amazing. I made it last Sunday and we, mostly Paul since it was for him, finished it on Tuesday. Yum! Yum!
