Layaways Terms & Conditions
Our Layaway program includes all kits with a retail price of $100.00 or more. A down payment of 25% is required at the time of purchase. Once purchased, a payment of at least 25% is required no less than once every 30 days with the balance due by the end of 90 days. Shipping and applicable sales tax will be due with the last payment.
When we receive the initial order, we will setup your layaway account and send you an e-mail with the details of your layaway payment plan. 5 Days before a payment is due, we will send you an e-mail. You will be able to pay through PayPal or call us with your credit card information. Once the layaway is paid in full, it will be shipped within 2 business days.
When selecting to purchase a kit on Layaway, you are agreeing to our Layaway Terms & Conditions.

The Quilting Garden accepts all major credit cards and Paypal.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, we will not sell, trade, rent or give your name, address or e-mail address to anyone.
Shipping Policy
We ship USPS Priority mail. Rates are based on non-sale prices due to envelope size limitations. Additional shipping charges may be incurred on sale items.
US Customers, including Alaska and Hawaii.

$10.00 for orders $60.00 up to $100.00
$11.00 for orders $100.00 up to $150.00
$15.00 for orders $150 up to $200.00
FREE for orders $250.00 and up
We ship international; goods via the US Postal Service using USPS International Global Priority mailers. Shipping the US Postal Service is very reliable however these shipments cannot be tracked. International shipments are therefore at the buyer’s risk. If you would like to insure your package, please call for pricing.
Canada shipments will be charged:
$13.00 for orders up to $70.00
$26.00 for orders $70.00 up to $140.00
$39.00 for orders $140.00 up to $210.00
$47.00 for orders $210.00 up to $280.00
$60.00 for orders $280.00 up to $350.00
For orders of $350.00 or more, please call for pricing.
All other International shipments will be charged:

Returns
If you should receive a product that is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Due to copyright laws, we are unable to accept returns of books or patterns. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
