Layaways Terms & Conditions
If you would like to use our Layaway program, please call or e-mail us and we would be happy to set it up for you.
Our Layaway program includes all kits with a retail price of $100.00 or more. A down payment of 25% is required at the time of purchase. Once purchased, a payment of 25% is required every 30 days with the balance due at the end of 90 days. Shipping and applicable sales tax will be due with the last payment.
When we receive the initial order, we will setup your layaway account and keep your credit card on file . We will charge your credit card every 30 days per the terms of our Layaway program. Once the layaway is paid in full, it will be shipped within 2 business days.
When selecting to purchase a kit on Layaway, you are agreeing to our Layaway Terms & Conditions.

The Quilting Garden accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is very important to us. Therefore, we will not sell, trade, rent or give your name, address or e-mail address to anyone.
Shipping Policy
We ship USPS Priority mail. Rates are based on non-sale prices due to envelope size limitations. Additional shipping charges may be incurred on sale items. We can get 6 to 8 yards of fabric into a Flat Rate Envelope, depending on the weight of the fabric.
US Customers, including Alaska and Hawaii.
$5.25 for orders up to $60.00 Flat Rate Envelope
$11.50 for orders $60.00 up to $100.00
$15.50 for orders $100.00 up to $150.00
$18.50 for orders $150 up to $350.00
FREE for orders $350.00 and up
We ship international goods via the US Postal Service using USPS International Global Priority mailers. Shipping through the US Postal Service is very reliable however the Flat Rate Envelopes cannot be tracked. International shipments using the Flat Rate Envelopes are therefore at the buyer’s risk. If you would like to insure your package, please call for pricing.
Canada shipments will be charged:
$20.00 for orders up to $70.00 -- Flat Rate Envelope.
$41.00 for orders $70.00 up to $210.00
$54.00 for orders $210.00 up to $350.00
For orders of $350.00 or more, please e-mail for pricing.
All other International shipments will be charged:
$24.00 for orders up to $70.00 -- Flat Rate Envelope.
$60.00 for orders $70.00 up to $210.00
$78.00 for orders $210.00 up to $350.00
For orders of $350.00 or more, please call for pricing.
Returns
If you should receive a product that is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money. Due to copyright laws, we are unable to accept returns of books or patterns. Please contact us if there is a problem with your order.
